Trustpilot is growing fast in Italy, and we are looking for a Senior Agency Partner Manager to join our Partnerships function in Milan.In this role, you will recruit new partnerships with digital/eCommerce/marketing agencies and syndication partners such as consultancies and industry bodies, to extend Trustpilot’s reach and achieve revenue goals. You will also help shape Trustpilot processes for your region, manage and create VAR relationships, and build business cases for new opportunities. You will work closely with experienced sales leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to develop long-term relationships and success plans for our agency partners, ensuring maximum value from Trustpilot products.What Youll Be DoingCreate new and nurture existing partnerships with marketing agencies, consultancies, and system integratorsPresent and demonstrate Trustpilot’s proposition to interested prospectsFind and manage leads for Trustpilot products via your network of assigned partnersBe responsible for achieving revenue goals through the development of Trustpilot’s partnersManage relationships with customers and partners to build continued business successLiaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergyManage and create select VAR relationshipsWhere applicable, manage Partner Managers in your region (you may have direct reports)Attend events to promote Trustpilot, run regular "Lunch and Learn" sessions and webinars to cement partner relationships and generate leadsLiaise with the Senior Global Strategic Partner Managers to leverage our network of integrations in the regionWork with marketing to drive programs and events to extend relationships to new prospectsInput into the Partnerships enablers – partners portal, sales materials, etc.Ensure Ways of Working between partnerships and other Trustpilot teams, particularly New Business, are optimizedResearch and build new ways for Trustpilot to generate revenue through partnerships, in collaboration with the broader organisationCollaborate with other members of the partnerships team and broader Trustpilot organisation on ad hoc projects to enhance the team’s ability to deliver growthWho You AreExtensive experience in operating, building and maintaining relationships with Agency Partners across Mid-market & EnterpriseTrack record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targetsTeam leadership experienceStrong collaborative skills with a proven track record of new business via partnershipsAbility to think creatively to drive growth opportunities through partnershipsStrong understanding of the e-commerce/SaaS space and ideally data syndicationAbility to present and educate at all levels on Trustpilot’s ethics, consumer and business propositions as well as partnership value propositionProven ability to collaborate with marketing to deliver joint partner propositions and marketing programmesAbility to map out processes and ways of workingAbility to build business casesFluent in English and ItalianWhats in It for You?Competitive compensation package + bonus22 days holiday plus 3 extra days after one year2 paid volunteering days per yearEUR 10 per day meal voucherLearning and development opportunities through the Trustpilot Academy and BlinkistHeadspace access and 24/7 Employee Assistance PlanReimbursement of internet charges (up to 30 EUR)About UsTrustpilot began in 2007 with the goal to be the universal symbol of trust, bringing consumers and businesses together through reviews.
