We are seeking to appoint a Senior Administrative Assistant with solid experience in preparing proposals for EU funding, particularly within the Horizon Europe Programme.Within the team, your main responsibilities will be:Supporting research groups in the preparation of proposals in response to Horizon Europe calls, with a focus on funding opportunities for frontier research and early-stage (low TRL) innovation projects.Assisting research teams in analyzing and resolving administrative, financial, and technical requirements throughout the entire proposal process — from writing and submission to evaluation and negotiation.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSA Master or bachelor’s degree in European studies, Political Science, economic/financial disciplines or similarPrevious experience in proposal writing within European funded research and innovation programmesExcellent knowledge of the English languageFamiliarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and ExcelA cooperative approach with the stakeholdersAccuracy and good analytical skillsADDITIONAL SKILLSGood communication skillsStrong problem-solving attitudeHigh motivation to learnSpirit of innovation and creativityGood in time and priority managementAbility to work in a challenging and international environmentAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary and multicultural environmentCOMPENSATION PACKAGEA yearly gross salary ranging between 28.000 and 32.000 depending on experience, bonus optionPrivate health care coverageAgile working (10 days for month) and flexible working hours are availableCandidates from abroad or Italian citizens who have carried scientific research activity permanently abroad and meet specific requirements, may be entitled to a deduction from taxable income of up to 90% from 6 to 13 years.Please submit your application using the online form and including a detailed CV and a cover letter.Application’s deadline: July 15, 2025To discover more about life at IIT, visit the dedicated section here: https://www.iit.it/en/work-at-iitFill in the form below and send your application.I have read and accept the privacy policyI have read and I accept the terms and conditions
