Senior Accounting Specialist
We are looking for a Senior Accounting Specialist to join our Administration team, with the goal of strengthening the company’s accounting and tax management, actively contributing to process efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Main Responsibilities

Analyze complex project contracts to assess their accounting and tax implications;
Supervise and record incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
Manage year‑end closing operations and intercompany reconciliations in collaboration with the Finance team;
Process and record bank transactions and accounting entries;
Support the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax obligations;
Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
Excellent knowledge of VAT regulations;
Knowledge of Italian accounting standards (OIC);
Good command of English (required);
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
Preferably familiar with accounting software, especially SAP;
Teamwork skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks independently.
