Findus is a multinational company leader in the European Frozen Foods market and is looking for a Sell Out Area Manager in the Central-Southern Italy region.The Area Manager, within the Sell Out team, will be responsible for executing the commercial strategy in the assigned territory to achieve sell-out targets. This role ensures the effective implementation of promotional plans, assortment strategies, shelf optimization, and in-store activities, in alignment with the Category and Annual Business Plans. The manager collaborates cross-functionally and manages a dedicated budget to drive in-store performance and visibility.Activities & ResponsibilitiesSell-Out Execution: Ensure flawless execution of sell-out activities including promotions, assortment compliance, shelf presence, and in-store activations. Drive performance to meet or exceed assigned sell-out targets in the region. Manage and optimize the in-store investment budget, ensuring ROI and alignment with strategic priorities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Trade Marketing, Key Account, and Category Management teams to align on national strategies and tailor them to local market needs.Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and maintain systematic tools for tracking performance, identifying gaps, and proposing corrective actions.
