ETRA S.p.A. is recruiting a temporary specialist for maternity leave replacement in the Customer Management unit.
Key responsibilities
Front/Back office customer interactions.
Customer request and relationship management.
Communication processes with customers.
Customer database management.
Telephone customer consulting.
Telephone contract management and issue verification.
Customer management in accordance with service card and regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; university degree in economics, law, or humanities preferred.
At least one year experience in customer management in structured companies.
French oral and written level B1 minimum; English and/or Spanish knowledge preferred.
Knowledge of Neta or similar management system preferred.
Knowledge of sector regulations preferred.
Knowledge of waste separation methods preferred.
Office package (Word, Excel) good knowledge.
Driver B licence.
No non‑penal convictions or restricting measures.
Excellent communication, relational, group work, open mind and problem‑solving skills.
