About the Role :
The Security Coordinator reports to both the Country Security Manager and the local HR Manager. This role involves developing and implementing local security strategies related to People, Assets, and Goods, in coordination with Group Security. The Coordinator will enforce and improve the Ferrero Security Management System at the local level, focusing on risk mitigation and cost-effective protection of personnel, physical assets, key processes, and proprietary information.
Responsibilities include managing various security aspects such as Local Security Intelligence, Physical Security, Logistical Security, Executive Protection, Travel Security, Incident Management, Fraud Investigation, Due Diligence, Security Training, and Threat and Risk Assessments across production facilities, offices, warehouses, and other business operations. The role also involves promoting best practices within the security community and coordinating security measures with relevant stakeholders.
Develop and implement local security plans, including Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Physical Security, and Information Protection.
Coordinate with Group Security, local management, and other functions to address security issues promptly.
Lead investigations into violations of law, breaches of ethics, theft, fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery, embezzlement, or unauthorized disclosures.
Conduct security assessments and deploy mitigation measures.
Perform annual risk analyses considering crime levels, terrorism, workplace violence, natural and man-made disasters.
Advise local management on security policies and resource expenditures for asset protection.
Maintain communication with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and security organizations.
Manage security awareness training programs and supervise security services at production sites, ensuring procedures align with Ferrero policies.

REQUIRED :
High school diploma; a degree is preferred.
Relevant experience in workplace security.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
