It requires close attention to detail, the ability to perform moderate to heavy physical labor, and strong organizational skills.Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:OperationsKeep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stockedAssist in cleaning up the store and stockroom during closing shiftsAssist in maintaining all inventory in the stockroom and on the sales floorAssist in stock, shipping, receiving protocols, and related paperworkVerify received items against shipping invoices for accuracyReplenish stock on the sales floor as neededPacks defective or overstock items for return shipmentFollow safety procedures when lifting and moving heavy itemsReport issues to the stock or store managerParticipate in inventoriesHelp prevent theft and maintain proper inventory levelsFollow all Point-of-Sale policies and proceduresExecute register functions properlyAdhere to work schedule, including attendanceAttend store meetings and relevant training sessionsCustomer ServiceProvide high-quality customer serviceAnswer questions about stock itemsRetrieve items from stockroom upon requestPlace special orders for customersBuild and maintain customer relationshipsResolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfactionJob Requirements:Experience in retail and luxury brandsAbility to work as part of a teamExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailPhysical strength to lift and carry heavy boxesFamiliarity with inventory softwareAbility to read and interpret invoices and packing slipsKnowledge of safety procedures in stockroom environmentsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentMultitasking skillsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer M/D/F/V—At Capri, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
