Job Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Wholesale & Showroom Sales professional to reinforce the commercial team during the Fall/Winter 2026 market, based in our Milan showroom from January 15 to March 15. This position is critical to achieving global sales targets, as it relies on a deep understanding of international markets and key industry players to maximize commercial opportunities.
Responsibilities

Actively manage showroom appointments in close collaboration with the sales team.
Present collections with a strong commercial mindset, directly managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement through order finalization.
Build, nurture, and leverage long-term client relationships, ensuring all client needs are met in line with brand standards and business expectations.
Maintain and continuously optimize the client database to enable effective follow-ups and pipeline development.
Drive performance against company objectives, proactively identifying gaps, risks, and missed commercial opportunities.
Deliver accurate daily sales reports, providing actionable insights on brand and market performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Fashion Wholesale.
Deep understanding of retail business dynamics and international markets.
Proven analytical capability with solid reporting skills and commercial acumen.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under market pressure.
Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
