GEODIS is a company owned by SNCF Group.This position is also open to anyone recognized as a disabled worker.Job Responsibilities :Monitor and coordinate sea outbound shipments for customers, in line with (CS)SOP, GW, and industry policies and procedures, to ensure customer satisfaction.Anticipate outbound shipments and proactively track shipments.Select appropriate carriers, negotiate rates, and coordinate actual shipments.Communicate with carriers to confirm shipment arrival and release.Coordinate customs clearance and delivery to customers.Execute client contact and align customer needs with services provided.Arrange gathering and hand-over of freight documents.Arrange warehouse requirements if applicable.Desired Skills and Attributes :ProactivityFlexibilityCustomer orientationProficiency in Microsoft OfficeJ-18808-Ljbffr
