The SDR team works closely with field sales to generate and qualify leads in order to book demos. Your role as the team leader includes :Management of the team: setting objectives and ensuring the team has the resources neededCoaching and development: spotting areas of improvement and setting up plans for progressOnboarding and ramp-up: ensuring new SDRs have a progressive skills developmentMonitoring and reporting: following KPIs such as booked demos and CWD and implementing appropriate solutions
