We are looking for a Scientific Contract Coordination Assistant to work in the NIF Unit.

Requirements
Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level);
Previous experience in contract administration and management;
Previous experience in area of regulated products (Novel Food, feed additives, food additives and enzymes applications);
Behavioural competencies : working with others, analysis and problem solving, drive for results, good level of autonomy.
Assignment
initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment : 12 months.
Salary : approx. €2259 month before taxes.
Work modalities
office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days.

The interim will
Support in coordination and administration of framework partnership agreements in the areas of regulated products;
Support on preparation and launching of grants calls (e.g., meetings / advertising campaigns organisation; liaising with SMU / FIN / Legal units; publication of the calls; dealing with clarifications from inquirers);
Support on onboard training of contractors' organisation for the partners and liaising with SMU / HR units;
Coordination with question planner / team leaders for identification of applications / tasks for outsourcing and designation of their complexity;
Support on drafting of specific agreement / and order forms and liaising with grant / procurement officers;
Support on contractors technical expertise evaluation and conflict of interest assessment;
Management of access rights to applications' data and EFSA tools / systems;
Monitoring of timeline and partnership / contract deliverables;
Support to "deliverables' approval;
Providing editorial support, including aligning of draft opinions with EFSA standards and templates;
Technical support with the organisation of meetings with partners / EFSA staff and experts.
