Thanks to our diversity of skills, talents and cultures, our customers (governments, institutions, space agencies, telecommunications operators), therefore have Space to Connect, Secure & Defend, Observe & Protect, Explore, Travel & Navigate.We are looking for a Satellite IVVQ RF ENGINEER.Experience Is Required In The Functional Area: radiofrequency systems, particularly Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) and on-board image storage and transmission to ground (PDHT) systems, RF command and control (TT&C) systems, preferably established by experience in the satellite area.ResponsibilitiesTechnical requirements management: knowledge of technical requirements management, from specification tree to relationships between the various layers of a complex system (platform, payload, satellite, E2E). Familiarity with DOORS or Polarion requirements management tool. Familiarity with Flow down concepts, traceability, change/deviation impact analysis and related documentation (Traceability matrix, CR/CN, RFD/W). Familiarity with ECSS standard. Familiarity with project development documentation (DDP), model philosophy and compliance matrices. Aptitude for co-engineering with the project team to ensure integrity, clarity and completeness of the requirements database, as well as verifiability.Verification Engineering: Differentiation between verification plans for a qualification or acceptance, knowledge of various verification approaches in case of EM/EQM development models, QM qualification, PFM proto-qualification, FM acceptance/flight. Knowledge of ECSS standards in verification and testing. Definition of verification methods applicable to each requirement (SAR payload part, PDHT, TT&C) and management of verification control document (VCD/DVCM). Familiarity in the use of DOORS/Polarion and engineering practices for verification activities. Support management of internal and customer-facing boards for verification validation (VCB). Aptitude for co-engineering with the project team and AIT, to ensure completeness of verification data and clarity in evidence for requirements closure. Test requirements and evaluation of results.Test engineering: Ability to define test requirements as required for various project requirements; aptitude for co-engineering with project team and AIT, to define implementation details and test execution phases; definition of test plan (TP) in SAR, PDHT, TT&C integrated satellite level, ability to manage changes. Analysis and evaluation of the AIT business plan. Familiarity with DOORS/Polarion and engineering practices for test verification consolidation. Participation in the test campaign, including overseas. Test validation with drafting of evaluation reports (Test Evaluation Report). Supporting the completion and closure of the verification cycle through final VCDs and VCBs.
