As part of their digital transformation journey, they are investing heavily in modernising their supply chain systems and warehouse operations. This is a strategic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping their SAP landscape with a focus on WM/EWM solutions.Role Overview:We are looking for a SAP WM/EWM Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and implementation of SAP Warehouse Management and Extended Warehouse Management solutions. You will work closely with IT leadership, global stakeholders, and implementation partners to define scalable, efficient architectures that support business needs across multiple geographies.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP WM and EWM solutions within the global SAP landscapeDesign and own the end-to-end architecture of SAP WM/EWM modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, TM) and third-party systemsLead solution design workshops, gathering requirements from logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations teamsTranslate business needs into technical specifications and architectural blueprintsDefine standards, templates, and best practices for EWM configuration and implementationCollaborate with internal and external teams to manage full-cycle implementations and system rolloutsProvide technical guidance to development and functional teamsSupport change management, testing, and end-user training initiativesRemain up to date with SAP roadmap, innovations, and retail industry best practicesRequirements:Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP WM and/or EWM implementations, with at least 2 full-cycle global rolloutsStrong knowledge of EWM S/4HANA preferredExperience in retail, consumer goods, or logistics industries strongly desiredSolid understanding of warehouse processes, including inbound/outbound logistics, RF integration, inventory management, and labour managementStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage business stakeholders and technical teamsExperience working in multi-country, multicultural environmentsFluent in English; Italian proficiency is a strong plusWillingness to travel within Europe as needed (occasional)What’s on Offer:Opportunity to join a high-growth, global retail brand with a major digital transformation agendaCompetitive salary package with benefitsHybrid working model with flexibilityCollaborative and international team environmentLong-term career growth in architecture, solution leadership, or program delivery
