We are seeking a talented IT and business professional to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of global IT projects focused on distribution and logistics processes. This role will primarily support the adoption and optimization of SAP solutions, with a focus on Sales & Distribution (SD) modules. You will work closely with stakeholders to define current and future business processes, drive technology solutions, and ensure timely delivery of end-to-end IT projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Design & ImprovementMap, analyze, and optimize business processes across the organizationModel existing (as-is) processes and design future (to-be) processes aligned with business goalsIdentify opportunities for improvements in the business operating modelSupport organizational change initiatives and help business users manage process changesBenchmark processes and provide recommendations for operational enhancementsProject ExecutionGather and analyze business requirements from key stakeholdersTranslate requirements into clear technical solutionsLead or support multiple projects, including scope definition, documentation, and prioritizationManage external vendors and system integratorsConfigure SAP SD modules and oversee system implementation, testing, and post-go-live supportIdentify and implement process and system improvement opportunitiesBusiness Applications ManagementOversee the full lifecycle of business applications, including maintenance and retirementSupervise end-to-end integration processes and roadmapsCollaborate with strategic vendors to manage contracts and partnerships
