Why don´t you join us?Scope Of Your RoleUnderstand TSS internal and external compliance regulations concerning SAP user access, roles & privilegesManage user provisioning, authorization role assignments, and access requests following the TSS authorization concept for a global user communityEnsure the authorization concept gets applied in daily operations, monitor compliance, and perform continued risk analysisImplement the authorization concept by creating menus, roles and privileges using the PFCG role configurator, in a S/4HANA landscape with GUI, FIORI, and WebDynproConsult business and project teams in terms of SAP authorization design and principles, correlation to job profiles, and the SAP role derivation conceptContribute to the design & continuous improvement of IT-processes and procedures such as user onboarding, user offboarding, role assignment, and periodic access review to enhance security and efficiency.Conduct user access reviews, providing support and guidance for access-related issues.Participate in Compliance Audits and follow up on corrective actionsProvide technical support for authorizations by troubleshooting, authorization tracing, and resolving authorization issuesYour QualificationsDegree in an IT-related discipline e.g. Informatics, Business and Information Technology or equivalentSeveral years of experience in international SAP implementation projects as a user administrator and roles & privileges consultant (ideally: greenfield implementation)Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance subjects and the course of compliance audits, with a good idea of Segregation of Duties and Sensitive AccessSAP Cross-module understanding of business processes in Sales, Logistics & Finance, and how they translate into the SAP authorization setupExperience in operating a SAP CUA System (Central User Administration) and a SAP GRC System (Governance, Risk and Compliance)Experience from participating in at least two S/4 Release UpgradesUnderstanding of the FIORI authorization approachSolid technical background with reasonable insight into ABAP programming, and ALE technologyFluent in EnglishOur Promise to YouComprehensive Training: Kickstart your journey with induction training to get acquainted with our company, team, and structuresExciting Work: Engage in multifaceted and interdisciplinary activities that will keep you inspired and motivatedCultural Diversity: Work in a multicultural environment that celebrates diversityWork-Life Balance: Benefit from flexible working hours and 100% mobile work contract from Brasov or Sibiu to support a healthy work-life balancePlease submit your CV in English.Start shaping industry from the inside!Trelleborg is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we take pride in the diversity of our employees, valuing the special experience and expertise that people from different backgrounds bring to our business.
