This opportunity to extend your SAP Project Management experience in green energy industry.How You’ll Make An ImpactLead and manage SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Advisory role: Provide expertise in SAP functional and technical areas, including SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and others preferably in S4HANA projects.Stakeholder management: Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.Project communication: Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.Project reporting: Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report on project performance.Continious improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP CoE.Your BackgroundEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.Area experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on SAP projects. Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical areas, including configuration, customization, and integration. Proven experience managing SAP projects in a hybrid work environment.Soft skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
