Redstone Commodity Search are working with a manufacturing company looking to hire a SAP Specialist to join the team in Vicenza, Italy.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks

Lead post-merger integration of SAP processes, ensuring compliance with Italian accounting and tax laws, and aligning with group standards.
Analyse, map, and optimize existing business processes across finance, controlling, production, logistics, and quality, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Support integration of the merged company’s SAP environment with parent group systems and ongoing SAP projects, including data migration and system harmonization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement solutions, manage change, and provide expert SAP guidance, without direct reporting responsibilities.
Role reports to IT manager.

Key Qualifications / Experience

Proven experience with SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) implementation, configuration, and integration in multi-site or multi-country environments.
Background in consulting or large-scale SAP projects, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, or complex operational contexts.
Strong understanding of Italian accounting standards, local laws, and compliance requirements, combined with cross-functional process integration experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable leading workshops and collaborating remotely or onsite.
Located or willing to relocate to Vicenza, Italy.
