We are supporting a fast-growing, international Consultancy as they strengthen their Italian SAP HCM team with a new SAP HR Payroll Consultant.
This is a full-time, permanent role , fully remote anywhere in Italy, working as part of an established support organisation that manages live SAP Payroll environments for a diverse European client base.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for SAP HR Payroll within an AMS context
Assess incoming requests and guide stakeholders toward suitable next steps
Partner with internal teams to facilitate system adjustments or improvements
Maintain concise documentation to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer
Support review activities to confirm expected outcomes after system changes
Balance priorities across multiple tasks to keep delivery on track

About You

Experience working with SAP HR Payroll (PY)
Good understanding of wider SAP HR / HCM processes
Able to translate business needs into practical system actions
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Customer-oriented, proactive and organised
Previous AMS / support background beneficial
Based in Italy, with fluent English and Italian
