We were meant to fly.The role will be part of the SAP Factory function, within the Digital Technology team, supporting all the department in Avio Aero.The SAP Factory manage following environments : SAP ECC, SAP 4 HANA, SAP EWM, SAC - SAP Analytic Cloud, SAP BTP - Business Technology Platform, SAP PI, SAP Risk & Governance system and Interfaces from and to SAPThis role will focus on ongoing management and maintenance of Avio Aero’s SAP Finance Services landscape ensuring business continuity, capacity management, incident response, AMS suppliers management and governance on minor and major SAP developments of the Finance area Job DescriptionExecute day to day application maintenance, processing and user supportGovern and coordinate AMS suppliers in the SAP Finance Services area which include Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Timesheet management (TS), Project Management (PS), Material Ledger, Liquidity planning, SAC-SAP Analytics Cloud and integrations to third-party systemsSupervision of quality and compliance with SLA in AMS contractsSupervise internal and external audits on SAP landscape, including SOX, CMMC, NIST 2 and other legal or business requirementsCollaborate with SAP teams on the other SAP modules like : MM, SD, PM, PP, QM, WM, and systems like BTP, EWM and Integrated platformsCollaborate with the business, key users and digital demand teams to collect and formalize requirementsCoordinate and support the testing, release and documentation phases of the implemented solutionsPromote and support the adoption of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting and advanced analysis.Ensure compliance with business processes and IT policiesSupport project initiatives on platform innovation, migration to SAP S / 4HANA and the evolution of the ERP landscape leveraging emerging solution and AI capabilitiesProactively plan for upcoming changesBuild strong team relationships and collaboration with multiple stakeholders including business, support teams, vendors, and end usersManage and drive relationship with suppliers reviewing innovative ideas and improving resolution, by reducing the need to escalate to vendorsQualifications / RequirementsDegree in Economics or STEM subjectsSignificant experience in Finance environmentRelevant experience on SAP Finance Service Technology areaUnderstand technical standards & concepts to apply to project workincluding interface management, cross-application build of processes and AMS topic managementDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problemsFluent in Italian and English languageWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired CharacteristicsOpen-mindedly to new perspectives or ideas.
