Role: Finance Process Expert (FI/CO) – S/4HANA Programme
Location: Europe (Hybrid/Remote with occasional travel)

Key Responsibilities

Lead the definition and design of future-state Finance & Controlling processes
Map end-to-end processes across SAP and non‑SAP activities
Assess cross‑functional impacts across Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other areas
Identify organisational changes required (roles, responsibilities, ownership)
Provide external best‑practice insight and constructively challenge existing ways of working
Support Fit‑to‑Standard workshops, process documentation and governance
Collaborate closely with the SI, internal teams and senior stakeholders

Experience Required

Deep Finance & Controlling process expertise
Hands‑on S/4HANA transformation experience
Strong workshop leadership and stakeholder engagement
Ability to challenge design decisions and guide teams towards best practice
Experience with Signavio (highly desirable)
