We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to lead and execute data migration activities for SAP implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities :

Define and manage data migration scope, timelines, and deliverables
Develop and lead SAP data migration and cutover strategies
Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand data requirements
Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and migration
Execute manual and automated data loads using LSMW, LTMC, Migration Cockpit, SAP BODS, ALE
Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure minimal business disruption

Required Skills & Experience :

Strong experience in SAP data migration and full lifecycle implementations
Good knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PS – advantage)
Hands-on experience with large datasets and complex data structures
Proficiency in SAP migration and ETL tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Italian language skills are a plus

Nice to Have :

S / 4HANA or SAP FICO certification
Utility industry experience
Agile project exposure
