Job Description: SAP BASIS & HANA Consultant - Italian Speaker, RavennaWe are HCLTech, a leading global technology company with over 225,000 employees across 60 countries, specializing in Digital, Engineering, and Cloud services.We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BASIS & HANA Consultant who is an Italian speaker for a permanent, full-time, remote position.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesSupport sales-to-delivery handover and customer onboarding for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.Assist in onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.Manage overall service and project delivery according to scope, budget, and milestones.Support critical customer situations, including de-escalations and incident management.Participate in customer release and maintenance activities.Support customers throughout their lifecycle within SAP Enterprise solutions.Engage in problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success.Review account status and facilitate transitions based on account growth and complexity.Ensure systematic onboarding and continuous knowledge transfer sessions.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of SAP Basis experience, with strong expertise in HANA database.Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) is mandatory.Experience with SaaS integrations (Ariba, Salesforce, C4C, etc.) is a plus.Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).Italian language skills at C2 or native level; English at B2 or higher.Work Experience5-6 years in multinational IT or software organizations.At least 5 years of SAP S/4HANA knowledge.2+ years of cloud experience.Why Join UsWork with a diverse, global team across 50+ countries.Enjoy a virtual-first work environment with flexibility.Opportunities for growth, learning, and career development.Comprehensive benefits and recognition programs.Equality & OpportunityWe are committed to diversity and equal opportunity, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds and ensuring a fair hiring process.
