We strive to support their growth and help them reach their full potential.We are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join us in advancing technology through innovation and creativity.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesThe Digital Customer Engagement Manager will focus on:Supporting sales-to-delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud ServicesContributing to onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud ServicesOrchestrating service and project delivery according to scope, budget, and milestonesSupporting de-escalations of critical customer situations in collaboration with SAP teamsParticipating in customer release and maintenance activitiesAssisting customers with technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within SAPExecuting problem management and continuous improvement initiativesLiaising with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer successReviewing account status and analyzing needs for potential account transitionsFacilitating systematic onboarding and continuous knowledge transfer sessionsQualifications & ExperienceRequired technical skills include:Minimum of 5 years of SAP Basis experience, with good understanding of HANA databasesExperience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) is mandatoryExperience with SaaS products like Ariba, Salesforce, C4C, etc., integration with SAP is a plusHands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPLanguage skills: Italian (C2 or native), English (B2 or above)Work experience should include:5-6 years in multinational software/IT organizationsAt least 5 years of SAP S/4HANA knowledge2+ years of cloud experience through solution management, consulting, or delivery programsWhy UsWe are a rapidly growing global tech company with offices in over 50 countries, employing 225,000 people.
