We are committed to helping our employees excel and find their unique potential.We are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join us in advancing technology through innovation and creativity.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Digital Customer Engagement Manager, you will focus on:Supporting sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud ServicesContributing to onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud ServicesOrchestrating service/project delivery according to scope, budget, and milestonesSupporting de-escalation of critical customer situations in collaboration with Major Incident Management, SAP Customer Office, and SAP Product SupportContributing to customer release and maintenance activitiesSupporting customers on technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within SAP EnterpriseExecuting problem management and continuous improvement initiativesLiaising with SAP stakeholders, including virtual customer success partners, to ensure customer successReviewing account status and analyzing the need for account transition based on growthSystematic onboarding of associates with mandatory training documentationEnabling continuous knowledge transfer sessions on new topics and refresher coursesQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of SAP Basis expertise, with good understanding and hands-on experience in HANA databaseMandatory experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS / DB)Experience with SaaS products (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S, etc.) integration with SAP Landscape is a plusHands-on experience with any hyper scaler (AWS, Azure, GCP)Italian language proficiency at C2 or native levelEnglish proficiency at B2 level or aboveWork Experience5-6 years in multinational software/IT organizationsAt least 5 years of SAP Basis S/4HANA knowledge2+ years of cloud experience (Solution Management, Consulting, or Delivery Program Management)Why UsFast-growing global tech company with offices in over 50 countries and 225,000 employeesHighly diverse, representing 165 nationalitiesGlobal collaboration opportunitiesVirtual-first work environment promoting work-life balance and flexibilityInvestment in employee growth through learning and career developmentComprehensive benefits for all employeesCertified great place to work and top employer in 17 countriesEquality & Opportunity for AllWe are committed to equal employment opportunities for all applicants and employees, regardless of race, religion, sex, age, national origin, or other protected classes, in accordance with applicable laws.
