We focus on Digital, Engineering, and Cloud capabilities to drive progress.Our diverse, creative, and passionate team strives for excellence, and we support their growth to help them reach their full potential.We are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join us in advancing technology through innovation and creativity.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Digital Customer Engagement Manager, you will focus on:Supporting sales-to-delivery handovers and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud ServicesContributing to onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud ServicesOrchestrating service and project delivery according to scope, budget, and milestonesSupporting de-escalation of critical customer situationsCollaborating with Major Incident Management, SAP Customer Office, and SAP Product Support on critical issuesParticipating in customer release and maintenance activitiesSupporting technical requirements throughout the customer lifecycle within SAP EnterpriseExecuting problem management and continuous improvement initiativesLiaising with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer successReviewing account status to determine if transition to another team is needed based on volume or complexity growthFacilitating onboarding of associates with mandatory training documentationEnabling continuous knowledge transfer sessions on new topics and refreshersQualifications & ExperienceTechnical Skills RequiredMinimum of 5 years in SAP Basis with technical expertiseHands-on experience with HANA databaseMandatory experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS / DB)Experience with SaaS products (e.g., Ariba, Salesforce, C4S) integration is a plusExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Italian language proficiency at C2 or native levelEnglish proficiency at B2 level or aboveWork Experience5-6 years in multinational software/IT organizations5 years of SAP Basis S/4HANA knowledgeAt least 2 years of cloud-related experience in solution management, consulting, or deliveryWhy Join UsFast-growing tech company with a presence in 50+ countries and 225,000 employeesHighly diverse, with 165 nationalitiesGlobal collaboration opportunitiesVirtual-first work environment promoting work-life balance and flexibilityFocus on growth with learning and career development programsComprehensive benefits packageCertified great place to work and top employer in 17 countriesEquality & OpportunityWe are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees, regardless of race, religion, sex, age, national origin, or other protected categories, in accordance with applicable laws.
