OverviewThe selected candidate will act as a liaison between the ICT department and the Sales & Marketing business functions, ensuring effective alignment between business needs and technological solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, leading functional and technical analysis, project planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesInterface with various business areas to collect and analyze user requirementsCoordinate the functional and technical analysis of Change RequestsManage the planning of enhancements and projects within the Sales & Marketing domainSupervise AMS (Application Management Services) related to the Sales & Marketing application landscapeIdentify continuous improvement opportunities to optimize business processes and system performanceRequirementsDegree in a scientific or related disciplineMinimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, gained in a multinational and well-structured company or through consulting activitiesExperience in the energy sector is considered a plusKnowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is appreciatedStrong attention to detail, particularly regarding UX and UI needsExcellent command of Italian and a good knowledge of EnglishStrong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset
