Welcome Travel Group S.p.A. is seeking a SALESFORCE DEVELOPER to join their team. The company operates in the tourism distribution sector and is owned by two market leaders in the travel industry: Alpitour World and Costa Crociere.The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and implementing customized solutions and integrations between Salesforce and external systems. The main responsibilities include:Developing customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.Configuring advanced features such as Flow, approval processes, custom objects, and platform security.Implementing and managing integrations between Salesforce and external systems via API REST/SOAP.Ensuring high-quality code through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.Collaborating with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.The ideal candidate should have:2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development.Strong technical skills in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce.Proven experience in integrating external systems via API.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification; additional Sales/Service Cloud certifications are a plus.Experience with at least one of the main Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing).Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and proactivity.Good technical knowledge of English.Additional skills that are considered a plus include:Interest and curiosity in artificial intelligence and its applications.Experience in developing automation solutions using AI (e.g., AI agents, intelligent workflows, script automation).The company offers:A dynamic and international work environment.Innovative projects related to wellness, sustainability, and digital transformation.Opportunities for growth and continuous training.Competitive salary based on experience.Meal vouchers and travel discounts.To apply, please visit https://www.vacanzewelcometravel.it/lavora-con-noi and submit your CV in Word format, indicating your consent to the processing of personal data according to D.LGS. 196/03.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from candidates of all genders.
