WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of building and customizing Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with our IT department, supporting the delivery of our Salesforce platform from concept to completion. As a key member of the team, you will develop, test, and refine our Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional performance. Moreover, strong expertise in building robust API solutions to connect Salesforce with our existing PHP-based public products is required. You will develop, manage, and optimize the data flow and logic between these systems to ensure high performance and reliability.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.Manage Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.Implement version control best practices, ensuring smooth collaboration and code management across the team.Create, execute, and refine automatic and integration tests to maintain high application quality.Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into functional Salesforce features.Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, bugs, and issues to ensure a stable and scalable Salesforce experience.Stay updated on emerging technologies, platform updates, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.Promote a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the development team.Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient API integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk) to connect Salesforce with external applications, particularly our PHP-based environment.Collaborate with the web development team to ensure seamless functionality and data exchange between Salesforce and our public-facing platforms.Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire integration stack, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.REQUIREMENTSSolid understanding of the Salesforce platform, with a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable applications.Proficient in Salesforce programming languages including Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).Hands-on experience with versioning tools like Git for managing and tracking code changes.Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for developing user-centric applications.Understanding of API REST design and implementation, with experience delivering secure and scalable services for platform integration.Practical knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external systems, especially PHP environments.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with familiarity with Agile methodologies.DESIRED CERTIFICATIONSSalesforce AssociateSalesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility DesignerSalesforce Certified Community Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Platform App BuilderSalesforce Platform Developer ISalesforce Application ArchitectSalesforce Data ArchitectSalesforce AI AssociateSalesforce Marketing Cloud DeveloperSalesforce Marketing Cloud Email SpecialistSalesforce Marketing Cloud AdministratorOFFERYou will be the first step into a potential journey of success.
