WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe’re seeking a skilled Salesforce developer with a proven track record of building and customizing Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with our IT department, supporting the delivery of our Salesforce platform from concept to completion. As a key team member, you will develop, test, and refine our Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional performance. Strong expertise in building robust API solutions to connect Salesforce with our existing PHP-based products is required. You will develop, manage, and optimize the data flow and logic between these systems to ensure high performance and reliability.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.Manage Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.Implement version control best practices for smooth collaboration and code management.Create, execute, and refine automatic and integration tests to maintain high application quality.Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into functional Salesforce features.Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, bugs, and issues for a stable Salesforce experience.Stay updated on platform updates, emerging technologies, and best practices.Promote a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation within the team.Design, develop, and maintain scalable API integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk) to connect Salesforce with external applications, especially PHP-based environments.Collaborate with web development teams to ensure seamless functionality and data exchange.Troubleshoot and debug issues across the integration stack.REQUIREMENTSSolid understanding of the Salesforce platform with a proven record of delivering scalable applications.Proficiency in Salesforce programming languages including Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).Hands-on experience with version control tools.Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centric development approach.Understanding of API REST design and secure, scalable service delivery.Practical experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, especially PHP environments.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I, and others listed.OFFERYou will be part of building a top-tier green energy provider from scratch.
