Situated in San Giuliano Terme, between Pisa and Lucca, it is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and Renaissance architecture.JOB AIMS & REQUIREMENTSWe are seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Trainee to support our two Thermal Resorts. Reporting to the Cluster Sales Manager and Cluster Sales Executive, the role involves executing activities related to leisure and MICE segments, working closely with on-property and above-property teams.The main goal is to maximize room nights, ADR, and overall revenue for the properties, including Food and Beverage and SPA activities.We are looking for:An extremely organized candidate, capable of setting high standards and motivated to overachieveA young, talented individual seeking sales opportunitiesResults-oriented with excellent analytical and computer skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsProactive, independent, and decisiveFluent in Italian and proficient in English (B2 or C1)This position is based at both Grotta Giusti Thermal Spa Resort in Tuscany and Bagni di Pisa Palace & Thermal Spa. The locations are approximately 40 km apart. Board and lodging are not included.THE ROLE: SCOPESales activities include participating in trade, service, and community associations; supporting sales calls, workshops, and trade shows; monitoring competitors; planning and executing sales appointments and promotions; updating CRM; developing new opportunities; leveraging Marriott and LHW programs; organizing events; supporting digital activities; and assisting in reporting and presentations.Internal communication involves maintaining good relationships with other departments, creating a positive environment, ensuring brand standards, participating in meetings, and preparing reports.CORE COMPETENCIESKey personal skills include systematic planning, effective time management, clear communication, positive relationship building, innovative thinking, accountability, proactive contingency planning, teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for sales and targets.
