OverviewJob Opportunity in Sales TeamWe are looking for a dynamic resource to join our sales team to cover a maternity leave. The ideal candidate has already gained experience in operational or administrative roles or is a recent graduate in economic, management or logistics disciplines with a strong interest in the commercial and administrative field.The selected person will be involved in data entry activities, document management, logistical support and preparation of reports, contributing to ensuring an efficient flow of information and correct operational support to the team.ResponsibilitiesInclusion and updating of directories and systems;Registration of invoices and credit notes in management systems;Operational support to logistic activities and retail network;Preparation of reports and analysis to support the sales team;Creation and updating of presentations;Transversal support to the sales team, with progressive autonomy.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, the candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications :Proficiency in data entry and management software;Ability to work in a team and provide operational support;Good communication and interpersonal skills;Basic knowledge of accounting and financial management principles;Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations;Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges.What We OfferWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of €25,000 - €30,000 per year, depending on experience.
