By joining us in Seregno or Bologna (Italy) as Sales Team Leader Natural Gas, you will become part of the Final Control / Pressure Management team.Reporting directly to the BU Sales Director, the chosen candidate will lead the Italian Natural Gas Sales Team. In this role, you will guide a team of Outside Sales Engineers, driving growth with existing customers, expanding into new accounts, and implementing central initiatives to strengthen customer relationships. As the Natural Gas Sales Leader, you will provide leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to ensure the team achieves outstanding results.We offer a dynamic environment where individual contributions and inventions are valued and provide opportunities for training and self-development.Please note we follow a process of continuous selection and will close the vacancy as soon as we find the right candidate, so do not delay submitting the application.Key Responsibilities:Leading & Motivating: Lead the Outside Sales Engineers team, set clear priorities, and keep them motivated through situational leadership.Deploying Strategy: Deploy short, medium, and long-term business objectives aligned with overall company goals.Driving Sales & Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the Sales Director to define strategies that drive revenue and achieve business targets.Focusing on Customers & Relationships: Understand business drivers, anticipate customer needs, and strengthen relationships through effective selling skills.Developing Team & Skills: Promote learning initiatives to enhance the team’s commercial skills, selling capabilities, and industry awareness.Accomplishing Orders & Profitability Plans: Develop and implement strategies to grow orders and profitability within assigned customers.Ensuring Compliance & Using Business Tools: Maintain adherence to pricing policies, technical proposals, quotations, CRM usage, PowerBI reporting, and organizational guidelines.Collaborating Cross-Functionally & Reporting: Work with other departments to deliver accurate orders and maintain project funnels, sales forecasts, and financial reports.Candidate Profile:You actively listen and adapt communication to suit diverse partners, ensuring clarity and understanding. You foster collaboration and teamwork across the organization, helping colleagues achieve shared objectives. Encouraging learning, embracing new technologies, and maintaining an open mind toward innovation are central to your approach.
