Participate in the kick off meeting organized by the project team.Define cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Sales organization.Provide information to the risk review process in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment.Analyze customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Performs lost proposal analysis, identify potential cause, and recommend future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better future results.Your background3-5 years of working experience as Sales in a similar industry in an international environmentTechnical background (Engineering degree is preferred)Previous experience working with electric substation equipment; client-facing experience presenting transformers solutions is considered a plusStrong communication and negotiation skills; experience in managing complex customers is considered a plusGood knowledge of the English and Italian, both written and oralMore about usWe offer you the opportunity to work with fantastic people and develop yourself on projects that present great technical challenges and have a real impact.
