You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues, and ensure every interaction aligns with the company's high standards of service and professionalism.What You'll DoSupport customers with sales-related inquiries, product information, and troubleshootingCommunicate across multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and social mediaTailor communication to reflect brand tone and customer needsHandle escalations with empathy and a customer-first mindsetLog and manage all customer interactions with attention to detailWho You AreFluent in Italian and English (spoken and written). Experience in customer service or sales support is preferred. Tech-savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting digital tools. Skilled in communication and multitasking.
