The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and consultation to the company’s sales resources related to customer setup, purchasing programs, pricing and quotations, licensing, Sales Exceptions, assistance with sales tools, and escalating complex requests to the appropriate departments. If the role sounds interesting, GRS Recruitment looks forward to receiving your CV for this Nicosia-based Sales Support Representative position.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist sales team with deal preparation including pricing, customer contract detail, quoting, and account profiling.Support new business development for the sales team, including partner and client calls.Assist with the sales exception process.Support customers with license agreements and coordinate with the contract team for proper setup in the system.Manage existing end-user accounts, including license transfers, conversion requests, trade-up reports, record merging, and issue tracking.Utilize Salesforce to assist with opportunities, track sales stages, and update customer information.Resolve or coordinate responses to customer and internal queries, escalating complex issues as needed.Advise sales on tracking opportunities and updating customer data in SFDC.Manage order issues in collaboration with customers, sales, and Order Services to ensure proper booking and delivery.Deliver ad hoc training on systems and tools.Assist customers with queries regarding the license portal system.Support pipeline and revenue growth by maximizing sales representatives' customer-facing time.Enhance customer satisfaction and revenue by promptly resolving routine sales administrative issues.Contribute to internal tracking and metrics, standardizing account maintenance and opportunity data in CRM and other systems.CANDIDATE PROFILEMinimum of 2 years experience in Sales Support or indirect Sales.Experience in a high-tech environment.Fluency in English; German is an advantage.Ability to resolve issues independently involving partner resources and personnel at various levels.Customer service orientation.Strong attention to detail.Ability to multitask.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Team-oriented attitude.Knowledge of COMPANY products and services is preferable.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Salesforce.Due to high application volume, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
