Sales Support Officer

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to work in S&EM Italy, based in Milan.
Responsibilities
Follow up and monitor hedging activities for national and international industrial customers.
Interface with internal departments: Regulatory, Billing, Finance, IT, and Credit Risk & KYC-AML.
Track monthly gas and electricity index updates and report to billing IT systems.
Calculate monthly final prices of energy components for invoicing and update the internal CRM.
Manage client relationships, handling requests or claims about technical bills and contracts.
Operate the IT portal for customer support: create and update contracts, monitor customer data, and maintain master records.
Provide forecast analysis and final reports to portfolio clients.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in sales support roles within the energy commodity sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus.
Strong analytical and data management abilities.
Innovative, digital‑oriented mindset.
Adaptable, quick learner.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
