Learn more at our website.Job SummaryThe Sales Support Analyst will support the regional account management team by handling administrative and transactional tasks throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities include managing software licenses, supporting sales with system access, maintaining data integrity, and promoting digital platform adoption. The role involves ensuring data quality, supporting end-user adoption, and acting as the primary contact for sales feedback and queries.ResponsibilitiesSoftware Licensing Management: Administer and track licenses across the CEE region.Client and Account Support: Assist with renewals, quotes, opportunities, and documentation flow.Tender & Portal Coordination: Manage tender portals and lead qualification processes.Contracting & Review: Collaborate with legal, tax, and finance teams on quotations and contracts.Order & Revenue Operations: Process orders, generate entries, manage revenue transfers, and update tracking files.Billing & Invoicing: Collect documentation, validate purchase orders, and dispatch invoices.Receivables Follow-up: Monitor collections and ensure accuracy in the licensing-to-invoicing cycle.QualificationsExperience as a Sales administrator in a software company.Hands-on experience with Siebel CRM, MS Office, SAP, C4C, Lawson.Understanding of sales metrics and organizational skills.Certification in Marketing, Sales, or related field is a plus.Fluent in English.Preferred SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, eager to learn, and results-oriented.Positive attitude under pressure.If interested, apply to help shape SLB’s future.Why Join UsDynamic, supportive work environment with hybrid options.Opportunities for leadership and career development.Commitment to diversity and inclusion, especially for women in STEM.Certifications and AwardsRecognized for disability inclusion and ranked highly on employee review platforms.Learn more about us through our employee stories and initiatives.SLB is an equal opportunity employer, considering all qualified applicants without discrimination.
