Manage the sales team, coverage area, and products, ensuring effective supervision and management of all aspects of the sales channel and area.
Involved in sales target planning for all categories.
Customer relationship management.
Customer account review and follow-up on collections.
Regular customer business reviews.
Ensure On-Shelf Availability (OSA).
Execute promotional activities and store interventions.
Develop existing customers and generate new business.
Forecast and ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) deliveries.
Manage a team of two salesmen and eight merchandisers.
Conduct market studies and develop sales plans.

Develop and achieve sales targets.
Set category-wise targets.
Ensure timely collection of payments.
Monitor competitor activities.
Motivate salespeople and merchandisers for maximum performance.
Negotiate and close promotions and special activities with customers.
Follow up on payments with finance and sales teams.
Plan and execute secondary activations and national promotions.
Plan extra outlet promotions.
Utilize the VGR budget effectively and implement tactical activations.
Provide monthly task plans to the sales team.
Drive sales growth and ensure distribution of all SKUs across outlets.
Train sales staff and merchandisers for efficiency.
Work Experience & Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role managing Key Accounts (KA) in the assigned market.
3 to 5 years of experience in FMCG, preferably with food products sales.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or management-related field.
MBA in business or management-related field.
