Manage the assigned sales team, coverage area, and products. Ensure effective supervision and management of all aspects of the sales channel stream and area.Responsibilities:Closely involved in sales target planning for all categories.Customer Relationship ManagementCustomer account review and strict follow-up on collections.Regular customer business reviewsEnsuring On-Shelf Availability (OSA)Execution of promotional activities and interventions in storesGrowing and developing existing customers, along with generating new businessForecasting and ensuring OTIF (On Time In Full) deliveriesHandling a team of two salesmen and eight merchandisersConducting market studies and developing sales plansAchievements:Responsible for developing and achieving sales targetsSetting category-wise targetsTimely collection of paymentsMonitoring competitors’ activitiesMotivating salesmen and merchandisers to maximize performanceNegotiating and closing promotions and special activities with customersPayment collection with proper follow-up with finance and sales teamsPlanning and executing secondary activations and national promotionsPlanning extra outlet promotionsProper utilization of VGR budget and implementation of tactical activationsProviding monthly task plans to sales teamsDeveloping sales growth plans and ensuring SKU distribution across outletsTraining salesmen and merchandisers for maximum efficiencyWork Experience & KPIs:1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role managing key accounts in the assigned market3 to 5 years of experience in FMCG, preferably with food productsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business or management-related fieldMBA degree in business or management-related fieldThis job posting is active.
