Exide is looking for a Junior Sales Representative for the following areas: Veneto, Trentino, Alto Adige, Marche and Emilia‑Romagna. Reporting to the Sales Manager, he/she will be responsible for coordinating the relationship with Exide's customers in the assigned area, as well as carrying out all necessary actions with the aim of improving business and profit in coordination with the Sales Manager and the rest of the team.
Respect EXIDE's current contractual agreements with customers
Monitor the achievement of objectives by channel and customer
Follow‑up and resolution of warranty claims
Ensure EXIDE's presence in the area by planning customer visits
Provide weekly reports to the Sales Manager
Train our customers' sales force on our products and services
Reduce the cost of warranties
Improve sales, A.S.P. per customer and operating profit
Improve our D.S.O.
Keep customer information up to date
Scouting the Italian market for the acquisition of new clients
Requirements:
Academic degree in engineering or economics
Alternative education path will be considered if coupled with sound experience in the role
Commercial experience in the industrial sector (2–3 years)
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Availability to travel across Italy (mainly North Italy)
Strong communication and negotiation skills, customer orientation, ability to operate toward results
Habitual residence in the province of Veneto
Perfect command of MS Suite (especially Excel) and willingness to learn new software applications
Ability to work in cross‑functional teams, goal orientation, proactivity
