Learn more about Leviat at www.leviat.com.Purpose of the Role: You will play a key role in driving sales growth with both new and existing contractors and distributors, collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and the Business Development team to increase market demand and specifications for Leviat’s engineered concrete connection products. This is a customer-facing role, ideal for a driven, relationship-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and industry influencersGrow existing accounts and win new business across the Italian marketLeverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage your project funnel and customer action plansUse KPIs and dashboards to track and drive commercial performanceSupport Commercial Excellence initiatives and collaborate with internal teamsContribute customer insights to new product development effortsEnsure compliance with company policies and relevant legislative requirementsKey StakeholdersInternal teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations)External customers and channel partnersThird-party influencers in the construction ecosystemWhat You BringProven sales experience in the construction sector, ideally with distributors or concrete contractorsSkilled in customer engagement, product education, and value sellingStrong communicator, both with customers and internal stakeholdersExperience using CRM and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau)Innovative and analytical mindset, with a hands-on approachA Business or Engineering degree is preferredKey CompetenciesDrives ResultsStrategic MindsetBuilds Collaborative RelationshipsResilience and AdaptabilityCustomer FocusDecision QualityCourage to ActCultivates InnovationWhy Join Leviat?At Leviat, we don’t just build infrastructure — we build futures.
