BIC team members are empowered to take ownership of their careers and bring their unique perspectives to the table to make a meaningful impact on our mission.It's a colorful world - make your mark by joining the BIC team today.Responsibilities in Puglia, Calabria, and Basilicata:Visit a defined number of stores within a specific sales area to develop the market share of BIC products in categories such as Stationery, Lighters, Shavers, and Others.Establish and develop relationships with existing customers and expand distribution in line with BIC sales policy.Prospect constantly within the sales area to ensure future business growth.Optimize product visibility on shelves and improve the presentation of the BIC brand to increase sales.Increase BIC's share of space and visibility during promotional events.Process orders via Siebel(Xtel) for regular ranges and promotional offers.Manage shelf presentation, ensuring products are clean and well-displayed.Introduce new products and negotiate features in customer catalogues and promotional flyers, where applicable.Promote and take orders for both regular assortments and seasonal campaigns.Monitor retail prices and labeling in stores.Manage the COOP budget per customer for optimal utilization.Advise local buyers and store managers on product assortments, market trends, and competitors, providing professional support for category development.Maintain communication with Marketing and Customer Service departments to stay informed about market changes and competitor activities.Work from home based on a personal routing plan aligned with the BIC Italy Field Sales Model, including minimum daily visits, weekly planning, and daily reporting via Xtel.Maintain full-time presence in the field five days a week, except for meetings, training, or administrative tasks.Report activities, results, and experiences directly to the Regional Sales Manager.Qualifications:University DegreeMinimum 1 year of sales experience in FMCG companiesValid driving licenseAvailability to travel five days per weekProficiency in PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)Team spirit and results-driven attitudeBIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
