Role: Sales Representative – Milano Ovest, Milano Sud-Ovest e Pavia (provincia) – Contratto a tempo determinato at Imperial Brands PLC
Join us to be part of an inclusive and innovative company with over 25,000 employees. We are looking for a Sales Representative in the Italian market to expand our team in your area.
The candidate will report directly to the Area Sales Manager and will be responsible for executing the business plans within their customer portfolio in the designated area, collaborating actively with the team to achieve the company objectives.
The role begins with a one‑year initial contract, during which the candidate will receive customized training and ongoing support, with the goal of permanent insertion into our team.
Responsibilities

Perform daily visits to authorized retailers selected in the pertinent provinces in line with the daily assigned schedule and the frequency communicated by the company.
Maintain visibility of the company products in the assigned territory in line with the cycle objectives, with the management guidelines indicated by the company and in compliance with current regulations.
Maintain distribution levels of company products in line with company directives.
Collaborate actively with the Area Sales Manager and the colleagues team to achieve the set objectives.
Ensure that all information reported to the company is provided with precision and in a timely manner, e.g., assigned authorized retailer classification, account details, orders, stock, etc.
Make sure that all materials provided by the company and external force support are used appropriately.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial or promotional roles.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills, with strong customer orientation and empathy.
Residence within the competent area (Milano Ovest, Milano Sud-Ovest or Pavia) to ensure effective territorial coverage.
Time and stress management skills, with strong organizational and planning abilities.
Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
Company car will be assigned, so a valid type B driving licence is required.
