What You’ll Do:

Manage contract execution and sales order processes
Coordinate between HQ and local teams for flawless delivery
Handle customer communications on delivery, invoicing, and payments
Prepare shipment reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
Issue invoices and monitor payment flows
Oversee credit insurance and mitigate payment risks
Collaborate across departments to ensure operational excellence

What You Bring:

Experience in solar or energy sector (a plus, not a must)
Knowledge of trade, Incoterms, or logistics
Familiarity with invoicing and shipping processes
Strong communication and analytical skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of Italian business administration
