Sales Operations Specialist – Milan, Italy (Hybrid) - Renewable Energy
Are you ready to make an impact in the renewable energy sector? Our client, a leading player in the solar industry, is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support their dynamic team in Milan.
What you’ll do:

Drive smooth execution of contracts and sales orders from countersignature to payment.
Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate with customers on lead times, invoices, payments, and delivery updates.
Prepare regular analysis reports, including shipment updates and sales forecasts.
Manage credit insurance lines and monitor payment risks.
Build strong relationships across teams and locations to optimize processes and reporting.

What you’ll bring:

Experience in solar industry or operations (a strong plus).
Knowledge of trade, Incoterms, and shipping/invoicing processes.
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
