The Sales Operations Account Specialist is responsible for sales activities to reference customers in quantitative terms (budget turnover profitability) and qualitative terms (application of the Brand indications in the choice of products) operating independently if necessary but always in line with the instructions received. It is a relational and operational role. The Accopunt Sales Operations supervises the correct execution of customer purchase orders in terms of quantity (budget) and quality ensuring that the Brands instructions regarding product choice are respected. The main objectives of the position include : 1) supervision execution and guarantee of all activities related to product management space design and in general preparation of sales campaigns for showrooms including support in scheduling appointments with customers in line with the Brand guidelines; 2) upon request of the Commercial Director planning of the sales campaign and support in defining the budget ensuring the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives in terms of purchase orders; 3) develop and maintain relationships with customers 4) support the Sales Management in developing the reference market / channel in terms of customers and sales
Qualifications :
1.01 Supports your Manager in achieving commercial objectives by independently managing orders and maximizing sales results (budget) by ensuring an appropriate choice of product (quality).
1.02 Supports the Head Office Offices involved in managing post-sales activities by managing order changes in line with the indications of the Sales Operations Manager
1.03 Deepens and constantly keeps his knowledge of the collection and seasonal projects updated.
1.04 Carries out other operational activities assigned by his Manager relating to the maintenance of the Showroom in the various phases of the Process (pre-sales campaign back office post-sales...).
1.05 Study and develop a preventive evaluation of the assigned customers to define a product assortment compliant with the type of customer and maximize company profits
1.06 Develop the reference market by identifying new business opportunities and developing the assigned customer portfolio
1.07 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness / efficiency of ones responsibilities.
1.08 Supports the Headquarters Offices involved in the management of post-sales activities by managing order changes in line with the indications of the Sales Operations Manager
1.09 Contributes to the development of the Teams knowledge through suitable online and off-line training activities. This knowledge must include in particular : products; clients; sales techniques
1.10 Promotes adopts develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
1.11 Adopts behaviors and promotes operational actions- cultural for Sustainable Development understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment Business Processes and Organizational Community.
Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics
Interest in fashion business
Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
Previous experience gained in a fashion showroom (including internships)
Good analytical skills
