Reports to : Sales ManagerJob Description and Summary :In this position, you will work alongside the McMichael Sales Team to set up web meetings, conference calls, and boat viewings for the sales team. You will collaborate with an experienced team that specializes in premium racing and sailing yachts, as well as high-performance inboard and outboard day and cruising power yachts. You will work with an existing client database and cultivate ongoing communication with clients and their families, demonstrating the highest professionalism for the McMichael brand.Core Skills :Effective and professional phone communication skillsProspect farmingInfluencing with content through digital and social media toolsCoordinating meeting schedules with Sales Consultants and prospectsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with team membersResponsibilities :Call boaters to set web or phone meetings for Sales ConsultantsSend emails to prospects to set meetingsSend texts to prospects with meeting requestsThe ideal candidate is someone who can consistently and persistently communicate and reach out to boaters in a professional manner to set meetings.
