The company goal is to revolutionize the sports data industry by expanding its products to more sports globally and enhancing its portfolio with cutting-edge betting solutions.We are looking for a strategic and analytical profile to take care of sales operations and strategic marketing. You will work alongside the CEO, the Sales Director and the Product Owner focusing on lead generation, sales enablement, pipeline development, strategic marketing, market research, and improving sales processes. Your goal will be to strengthen and scale our commercial capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement and optimization of CRM workflowsMonitor pipeline, KPIs, and conversion data to improve performanceCreate outbound campaigns and organize lead generation initiatives (including automated emails)Research optimal leads. Contact leads and try to convert them into clientsConduct our outsource market analysis to identify addressable markets and opportunitiesConduct alongside Product Owner, competitor analysisConduct potential clients offer gap analysis to help build a narrative for salesCreate sales collateral and tools (slide decks, one-pagers, outreach templates, automated emails, FAQs)Serve as a link between Sales, Product, and Marketing by bringing structured feedback and insightsAlign messaging and positioning across product, sales materials and communicationsSet AI technology to automate, translate and enhance some of the tasks aboveSkills Needed2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic marketing or sales operationsStrong analytical and research skills; Excel/Sheets and CRM toolsPassion, curiosity and understanding toward AI toolsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesStrategic mindset but hands-on attitude — you're not afraid to build, test, and iterateKnowledge and experience of the betting industry is a plus.
