Job Opening: Country Sales Manager - France
Our client, an Italian company with an international reputation in the production and marketing of technological solutions for domestic comfort (cooling, heating, air purification), is seeking a Country Sales Manager for the French market.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing the commercial strategy for France, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Managing the P&L of the subsidiary, monitoring financial performance, margins, and budget.
Identifying new business opportunities and building a strong sales network, focusing on acquiring new customers (retailers, distributors, installers, design studios, etc.).
Consolidating and developing relationships with existing partners, strengthening the brand presence in France.
Coordinating local resources and collaborating with functional teams at headquarters.
Skills and Experience:
Proven sales experience in HVAC, systems, air conditioning, appliances, or related sectors.
Strong goal-oriented attitude with a focus on developing new business.
Analytical and managerial skills for managing P&L.
Excellent relational, negotiation skills, and strategic vision.
Willingness to travel frequently within France.
Deep knowledge of the French commercial environment acquired through direct operational experience in the territory is required.
Extensive experience in business development within the French market, with a direct understanding of local dynamics and professional networks.
