Your profile
This position is ideal for you if you want to shape the growth of a sales branch of a German parent company. You feel ready to take sole responsibility for the Italian market and to lead and expand a small team. You are familiar with the sale of capital goods and the direct sale of complex machines that require explanation to general industry, the construction industry, or the shipbuilding industry. You enjoy developing and implementing sales strategies, while also enjoying direct contact with customers on site, where you demonstrate machines to customers and get your hands dirty in the process.
Your mission
Actively acquire new customers and sell the high pressure water jetting machines and accessories in the industrial sector, especially to the construction industry
Continue to expand the sales organization by developing the Italian sales branch and establishing new service points
Analyzing the market and competitive situation and managing the strategic orientation of sales
Developing new business potential, acquiring new customers, and supporting existing customers, including product presentations, technical advice, and dedicated support for key customers
Planning, monitoring, and controlling budgets in coordination with management in Germany
